AI in Alethia
Your AI assistant, connected to your entity record.
Connect the AI assistant you already use to your Alethia record, and let AI take the first read of documents, KYC questions and supplier due diligence. It answers from your own record, sees only what you can see, and changes nothing without a person.
Connect your AI assistant
Ask Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor about your entities.
Alethia works with AI apps that support the Model Context Protocol, the open standard many of them use to connect to other software. In most apps it is called a custom connector. Each person connects their own app and signs in as themselves, then asks questions in plain words, such as:
- “Which entities have filings due this month?”
- “Who are the directors of Aldgate Holdings S.à r.l.?”
- “Which contracts expire before the end of the year?”
- “Show me the ownership chain above this SPV.”
It works on every plan, once a workspace admin allows it.
AI inside Alethia
AI takes the first read. A person decides.
The first three are on the Governance plan, and AI stays off until a workspace admin switches it on. Every suggestion waits for a person to approve it.
- Reading documents
- AI reads a formation document or an agreement and proposes the entity, its officers or the agreement's terms. A person checks each proposal before anything is saved.
- KYC answers
- A person picks the documents, and AI drafts one answer with the passages it relied on. A draft whose quotations cannot be found again in the documents is refused. The draft lands as needing confirmation, for the person to confirm.
- Supplier due diligence
- When a reviewer runs the first pass, AI reads the supplier's answers and the documents they attached, and marks each answer satisfactory, needing more, or a concern. It shows the quotes it relied on, the evidence that is missing, what changed since last year and a drafted follow-up. The reviewer accepts or dismisses each one. Documents recognised as identity documents or proof of address are withheld from the AI.
- Ask Alethia
- Search and questions inside the app, such as who owns an entity or what compliance is due next month, answer from the record and say when something is missing rather than guess.
What AI does
Answers from your own record
The connector and Ask Alethia read only what Alethia holds for your workspace.
Shows where an answer came from
Drafts carry the passages or answers they relied on, so a person can check them.
Follows each person's access
It sees what the person using it can see, and no more.
Stays off until an admin turns it on
AI features and AI connections are switched on by a workspace admin.
What AI does not do
Change a record without a person
AI suggests; a person approves.
Read files through a connected assistant
A connected app can list documents and read their details, not the contents of the files.
Send workspace data to translation tooling
Translation tooling reads the source wording of the product only.
Run on its own
The supplier first pass runs only when a reviewer asks for it.
How the connection is protected
Own sign-in, same access, read only by default.
AI connections are off until a workspace admin allows them. Each person signs in as themselves, and the app sees only what that person can see. It is read only by default, every change it makes goes on the audit trail, and a person or an admin can disconnect it at any time.
