Annual contracts with a pooled entity minimum
Monthly payment is an instalment cadence, not a monthly contract. Annual-prepay customers receive separate monthly invoices for overage.

Is there a free version?
Yes. The Free plan is the whole of Alethia — the deal pipeline, entity register, structure charts, documents and compliance — for up to 5 managed entities. It is the real product, not a trial: stay on it as long as your structure fits, and upgrade only when you outgrow the allowance.
Is the deal pipeline extra?
No. The pipeline — deal board, map, comps and IC reporting — is part of Alethia on every plan, including Free. Deals feed the same record as your entities and structures, so a completed acquisition lands in the register without re-keying.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Paid plans include named users and are priced by active managed entities. The 100-entity minimum is pooled once per customer billing account across linked workspaces.
Do you charge per entity or per jurisdiction?
Yes, above the 100 included active managed entities. Registry charges £10 per additional entity per month, Governance £12.50 and Enterprise £15. There is no jurisdiction surcharge.
What support is included?
Every plan includes onboarding, data migration assistance and email support. Governance adds priority response and a named contact. Enterprise adds dedicated onboarding, structured implementation and an account team for administrators and cosec functions managing multiple client structures.
Where does our data live, and who can see it?
Your register is your data. Access is governed by granular roles and permissions, every change is written to an immutable audit trail, and Enterprise adds SSO, SCIM provisioning and mandatory two-factor authentication. We can walk your security and legal teams through hosting, retention and export before you commit.
Can we move between plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a supplemental invoice. Downgrades take effect at renewal. Contracts renew annually; cancellation notice is due at least three months before renewal, and there are no mid-term refunds.
What does it cost?
Free is £0 for up to 5 entities. Registry is £12,000/year, Governance £15,000/year and Enterprise £18,000/year, excluding VAT. Monthly payment is available as twelve instalments; every paid contract commits for 12 months.
