Source, appraise and close deals across Europe
Pipeline is Alethia's deal desk — a private equity deal pipeline for investment managers. Track sites and acquisitions through an ordered pipeline with appraisal, IC approval, key dates and parties, then carry them source to structure: when a deal completes, the holding entity, ownership and obligations are created in the register — nothing is re-keyed.

The deal desk, in the product
The desk
Board, map, comps and reporting in one place
Four views carry a deal from sighting to completion — in the same product as your entity records, not a separate tool.
Deals
A board with configurable stages, appraisal, due-diligence checklists, IC submissions and a full activity log per deal. Save a search and the desk flags new deals that match it.
Map
Every live site plotted — UK sites by postcode, European sites by address — with pins coloured by pipeline stage.
Comps
Completed acquisitions become your comparables set: price, appraisal margins and completion dates, filterable by market and asset class.
Report
Capital deployed, win rate, time-to-close and the shape of the book by stage, asset class and market — export-ready.
Europe-wide
Guided by the entities you already hold
The pipeline reads your register. Markets where you already operate lead every picker, new deals default to your dominant jurisdiction, and each market carries the right currency and legal forms.
27 markets
The UK home nations plus the European jurisdictions Alethia manages entities in — each mapped to a jurisdiction, currency and country.
Jurisdiction-aware SPVs
A deal in Luxembourg proposes a Luxembourg holding entity with the right legal form — not a UK default with the wrong suffix.
Local vocabulary
Scottish missives and settlement stages label correctly north of the border; every market keeps its own terms.
One record
Completion updates the register directly
Because the pipeline and the entity record are one product, a completed deal becomes structure — recorded, linked and audited.
Draft entities at Heads of Terms
The proposed holding SPV is created as a draft entity when negotiations begin, and activated on completion.
Foundation plans from the IC gate
Crossing the IC stage seeds a Foundation funds-flow plan — pre-filled with price, deposit, dates and parties — linked back to the deal.
Ownership, tasks and compliance
On completion the SPV is wired under its holdco in the structure chart, with loan maturities and conditions raised as tasks.
Controls
IC approval, locking and audit
The desk carries the controls an investment committee expects — the same permission model and audit trail as the rest of Alethia.
IC workflow
Submissions, decisions and conditions are recorded against the deal; an approved deal locks its record.
Roles and visibility
The pipeline honours workspace roles and project scoping — a deal is visible exactly where its linked entities are.
Investor reporting
IC one-pagers print clean, and the report view exports completed-deal schedules for investors and boards.
